Tae Bo
One really good way to look like the man to the left is Tae Bo. Tae Bo is a combination of kick-boxing and aerobics that works muscles that you wouldn't even think could be worked, but they're the ones that have the real fat. Your inner thighs being one of them, they say running is a great way to loose fat from them, but Tae Bo focuses a lot on kicking, which works them more than running, a lot more. You can look like the woman below too.
